Shipping area
Currently, Castanya de Viladrau ships within Spanish territory. The delivery details entered during the checkout process must be correct and complete to ensure the order arrives without issues.
Shipping cost
Shipments require a minimum order of €50.00. Orders with in-store pickup can be processed below this amount.
If the order amount does not reach €50.00 and you prefer home delivery, a shipping cost of €11.40 will be added. This amount is calculated automatically during the checkout process and is shown before confirming the order.
In-store pickup
If you prefer to collect your order at one of our shops, you can enable this option during checkout to avoid the shipping cost. Billing does not change in this case.
Delivery times
Once confirmed, an order normally arrives within 24 to 48 hours. This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays or for reasons beyond Castanya de Viladrau's control.
Issues during transport
If a product arrives damaged or incomplete as a result of transport, please follow the procedure described on the Returns page, notifying us at info@castanyadeviladrau.cat within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt.
Liability
Castanya de Viladrau is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect details, the recipient's absence or causes beyond its control.
