Castanya de Viladrau was born out of a desire to bring value to the chestnut tree and to the Montseny region through a rooted, artisan and local project.

We work to transform the fruit, share its gastronomic value and drive a local economy that helps keep the forest landscape alive.

Every step of the project seeks to bring chestnuts closer to new kitchens, new formats and new opportunities for the region.
