An open, very practical recipe for keeping chestnuts present in everyday dishes without complicating your cooking.

STEP 1

Cut the cooked chestnuts into halves or quarters depending on the dish you'll add them to. An irregular cut gives a more natural result.

STEP 2

Sauté them briefly with oil, pepper and fresh herbs to bring out their aroma without drying them out.
